I am an assistant professor at the Department of Informatics, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra.
My principal research interests lie in the field of the theory of teaching informatics subjects, especially programming. My other research interests are informal teaching and web-based education.
Personal information
I was born in Topoľčany (Slovakia) in 1980.
I graduated from Constantine the Philosopher University (UKF) in Nitra with my Master's Degree (Mgr.) in Mathematics and Informatics in 2004.
In 2009 I received Doctoral Degree (PhD.) in Computer Science Pedagogy (Theory of Teaching Informatics) from UKF in Nitra.
In 2012, I completed course English for Academic Purposes at Inlingua Manchester, United Kingdom of Great Britain.
In 2015, I completed a course of Leadership of Youth. [PDF]
In 2016 starts my membership in Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert community.
In 2017, as to cofounder of the NGO eTeacher o.z., I have started to organize the Club of Computer Science Teachers
